RecensioAI integrates with Housecall Pro. Under Settings → API & Webhooks you add a webhook for completed jobs. The customer's name and mobile number reach us, so the review request goes out the same day.
How RecensioAI connects to Housecall Pro
Connection type: webhook (copy and paste). You set it up once and it keeps running without you touching it.
What gets automated
- Completed job becomes a contact
- Review request by email or SMS, at the moment you choose
- Duplicate customers are merged, so nobody is asked twice
- AI drafts the reply to the review in the customer's own language

Questions about the Housecall Pro integration
- Do I have to set this up on a computer?
- Yes. The API & Webhooks screen in Housecall Pro is only visible on desktop, not in the mobile app.
- Can I exclude repeat customers?
- That happens automatically: a cooldown per customer means nobody is asked again on every single job.
- Is this integration included in my plan?
- Yes. Every integration is included in every plan, from $47 per month. There is no extra charge per integration.
- Where is the customer data stored?
- In the EU. We only receive name, email address and mobile number, enough to send one review request. Customers can opt out in one click.
