Setting up Calendly
These are exactly the steps you see in the app under Settings → Integrations.

Copy the link below.

Create a free Zapier account (Calendly sends through Zapier) and click Create → Zap.

First step: Calendly → "Invitee Created". Connect your Calendly account when asked.

Second step: "Webhooks by Zapier" → POST, paste our link, and map name, email and phone. Publish.

Set the delay above (for example 2 hours) so the request lands after the meeting, not before.

Customer visits
A guest dines with you, a customer pays, or a job gets completed.

Your system reports it
Your POS, reservation system or CRM sends that customer to RecensioAI.

Review request goes out
By email or SMS, at the moment you set, never too early.

The customer chooses: a public review, or feedback straight to you.

- Do I need a paid Zapier account?
- No - Zapier's free plan is enough for this connection.
- What if the appointment doesn't happen?
- You can filter cancelled bookings out in Zapier, and in RecensioAI you can still stop a scheduled request before it goes out.
- Is this integration included in my plan?
- Yes. Every integration is included in every plan, from $47 per month. There is no extra charge per integration.
- Where is the customer data stored?
- In the EU. We only receive name, email address and mobile number, enough to send one review request. Customers can opt out in one click.
